THE CROSS RIVER STATE COLLEGE OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY SCIENCES, ITIGIDI, POST UTME SCREENING FORM IS OUT

This is to inform prospective candidates that the Post UTME screening form into the Cross River State College of Nursing and Midwifery Sciences, Itigidi is available for sale at the College Registry on the payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N25,500) only into Account No: 2037884057 (College Utility Account) domiciled in First Bank Plc, and an evidence of payment tendered at the Bursary department of the college with a charge of Ten thousand naira (N10000) only to be paid for issuance of receipts to cover all payment made.

Eligible candidates include:

• Candidates who choose the College as either a first or second choice at the 2024 JAMB UTME, with a minimum score of 150.
• Candidates with evidence of change of change of Institution/Course to reflect the name of the College with a minimum score of 150.
• Candidates for Post Basic Nursing and Post Basic Midwifery.

Requirements include;

• Possess a minimum five (5) credits in O’level result which includes English language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two sitting in WAEC/NECO/NABTE/GCE.
• Evidence of 2024 JAMB score of not less than 150 and/or change of institution/course reflecting the name of the College.
• Two (2) recent passport sized photographs with white background.
• First school leaving certificate and sworn affidavit of date of birth/age declaration.
• For Post Basic Nursing and Post Basic Midwifery, evidence of RN or RM with valid license from NMCN.

Closing date for submission of for forms: 27^th August, 2024.

Exam Date: 24^th to 26^th September, 2024.Nature of Exam: Computer Based Test (CBT) and Oral Exam/interview (to be communicated at a later date).
